Note: If the glue loses its adhesion due to water exposure during wear and lack of timely maintenance, this is not considered a quality issue but rather improper care.
Scratches or Pits on Pearls
Pearls are natural treasures formed by mollusks, and surface growth lines are not considered quality issues. However, if there are severe scratches or pits that affect the appearance, this is considered a quality issue, and we will handle the return or exchange.
Note: Natural imperfections that do not affect the overall beauty of the pearl are not considered quality issues.
Stuck or Non-Functional Extender Chains
If the extender chain of a necklace or bracelet is stuck or cannot be opened, this is considered a quality issue. We can repair or replace the extender chain or offer a return/exchange.
