What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our jewelry is crafted using the following materials:
Metals: S925 sterling silver and 18K gold plating.
Inlays: Natural gemstones (such as strawberry quartz, tiger’s eye, jade, lapis lazuli, obsidian, black agate, red agate, etc.), pearls (including baroque pearls), and mother-of-pearl.
Is your jewelry handmade?
Yes, most of our jewelry is handmade, with each piece meticulously designed and polished to ensure uniqueness and high quality.
Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Our S925 sterling silver and 18K gold-plated pieces are suitable for most sensitive skin types. If you have specific metal allergies, we recommend choosing sterling silver designs and avoiding prolonged wear.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Our jewelry can withstand minor contact with water (e.g., handwashing or rain), but we do not recommend prolonged exposure to water, swimming, or showering, as this may affect the plating or the setting of gemstones.
Will the jewelry tarnished or turn green over time?
There are two reasons for this situation:
1、Jewelry Oxidation: If the jewelry contains metals such as copper, after long - term wearing, the protective layer on the surface may be damaged. This allows copper to come into contact with air, sweat, etc., and triggers an oxidation reaction, resulting in the formation of green patina.
We only use S925 sterling silver as the base metal material for our jewelry, so it would not turn green.
2、Poor - quality Metal Plating Issues: Some jewelry has a plating on its surface. After long - term wearing, this plating may react with air, sweat, etc., generating green rust marks. This situation usually occurs due to the poor quality of the plating or insufficiently refined craftsmanship.
Our gold-plating process is 2-3 times thicker than standard plating. With proper care and maintenance, the plating will retain its color for at least three years without fading.
How can I prolong the service life of my jewelry for as long as possible?
- Keep it in a sealed jewelry box.
- Do not expose it to perfume or cosmetics.
- Keep it dry.
- Use a silver - polishing cloth for cleaning.
- Do not wear it while sleeping.
- Take it off when exercising.
How do I choose the right size for bracelets or rings?
Bracelets: All our bracelets come with detailed length descriptions and include an extender chain, ensuring they can fit most wrist sizes comfortably.
Rings: Our rings feature an open-ended or adjustable design, making them suitable for most finger sizes without the need for precise measurements.
What material are the earring posts made of?
Our earring posts are made of S925 sterling silver or 18K gold plating, making them suitable for sensitive skin.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for quality-related issues. If you receive a product with quality issues (e.g., loose gemstones, significant scratches on pearls, or non-functional extender chains), please contact our customer service team with photos or videos as proof, and we will assist you with the return or exchange process.
Note: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related issues (e.g., incorrect size or personal preference), as jewelry is a personal accessory worn closely to the body and cannot be resold.
How do I request a return or exchange?

We will review your request within 1-3 business days and inform you of the outcome.
If approved, please return the item to our designated address (shipping costs will be covered by us). Once received, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
